Shipping policy

Where we ship. The 48 contiguous United States. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or addresses outside the US right now.

Cost. Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum.

Processing. Orders are handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery. Most orders arrive 1 to 7 business days after they ship, by USPS or UPS depending on the item and your address. Weather and carrier delays can add a day or two.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received one within 4 business days of ordering, email hello@xentar.com.

More than one item? Our products ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order can arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address changes. Email us right away. Once the warehouse has packed your order we can't redirect it.

Lost or damaged. Covered under our Returns and refunds policy: a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you.
